SCHOOL & DAYCARE CLOSURES / DELAYS
Wednesday, April 1st
– All schools in Anglophone East are CLOSED
– All schools in Francophone South are closed except in the Saint John & Quispamsis areas.
– Anglophone North Schools in the Rexton, Miramichi and Tabusintac areas will be closed today.
– Anglophone South schools are closed in the Sussex region (That includes Sussex, Belleisle , Norton, & Apohaqui)
– Anglophone West zones 3-9 closed
– Chignecto Central in Nova Scotia: Schools in Cumberland County, Pictou County and Tatamagouche will be operating with a 2 hour delay. Office and worksites will be open.
– NBCC Moncton Campus is opening late at 10AM due to inclement weather.
– CCNB Dieppe delaying opening until 12:30pm
– Mount Allison campus will delay opening until 12 p.m. All morning classes, labs, and all campus activities before 12 p.m. are cancelled. Jennings Dining Hall will remain open during regular hours.
– Oulton College delayed opening for all campuses until 10am.
– UNB Moncton (Faculty of Nursing & Health Sciences) delayed Opening until 12 noon
MUNICIPAL / GOVERNMENT / TRANSPORTATION NOTES
– SNB service centers in Moncton, Dieppe and Sackville are delaying opening until 10:30 am this morning due to icy road conditions.
