All prizes are available to be picked up at Q103 studios between 12:00p-1:00p, Monday to Friday. Come to the side door and ring the bell.
You must claim your prize in person and must provide photo ID (driver’s license, identification card or passport) before prizes may be released. You will be asked to verify the information you gave to us at the time that you won the prize.
If you want someone else to pick up your prize, you must contact us with the person’s name and they will require to provide photo ID (driver’s license or birth certificate). Some prizes will not be awarded to winners who are under 18 years of age. In some specific cases (eg. trip winners), parents or legal guardians will be required in person to sign a waiver form on the winner’s behalf.
Unclaimed prizes will be held for 30 days. No substitution will be made for any prizes not picked up within 30 days of the awarding of the prize.
Restrictions on major prizes…
For most of Q103’s contests, you cannot win more than once every 30 days. However, we do allow listeners who’ve won a prize within the previous 30 days through regular Q103 contesting, to qualify and win a major prize (such as large trips, etc.). This is subject to change and can be applied or withdrawn at the discretion of Q103.
